    • Anti-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptides IgG (Anti-CCP)
    • Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) Westergreen
    • Ultra-Sensitive C-Reactive Protein (US-CRP)
    • Anti-Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) HEp-2
  • Adequate diet, try to avoid eating only processed foods; balanced intake of protein, healthy fats and compound carbohydrates.
  • Include physical activity.
